Week-end 1-4/10/2026 report

A PROMISING WEEKEND FOR POKER IN MIDDELKERKE
A big thank you to everyone who joined us this weekend and helped make these four days a real reason for optimism for the future of our Poker Room in Middelkerke.
We played all four scheduled tournaments, with participation growing steadily throughout the weekend. The weekend ended particularly well on Sunday with the FREEZOUT, which brought together more than 30 individual players.
These numbers confirm that there is real potential in Middelkerke. The next challenge is now ours: finding the right formula, the right schedule and the right structure to continue building a strong and sustainable poker community.
WE WANT YOUR OPINION
For next weekend, we are considering a Sunday tournament starting at 19:00 and finishing around midnight.
The idea is simple: players can enjoy a proper Sunday evening tournament while still being able to work normally the following day.
For those who want to play till 2.30, the cash games will be there for you.
Would you prefer this format, or would you rather continue with the current Sunday schedule?
We would genuinely like to hear your opinion before making the decision.
In any case, the FREEZOUT will now have 20-minute blind levels, allowing us to make sure the tournament can be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
SEE YOU THURSDAY
The Poker Room Middelkerke opens again next Thursday.
Talk about the room with your friends, share our links, invite people to our Facebook community and add new players to our WhatsApp group.
The more visibility we create, the more players we bring together — and the more often we can play.
Thank you once again for your support this weekend.
Have a great week, and see you Thursday around the tables!

WIJ WILLEN JULLIE MENING
